What are breaks?

A break is when you place an order, and instead of it being shipped directly to your home, I’ll open it live on stream and later post the unboxing on TikTok and Instagram (check our linktree bellow to see all our socials)

What are the benefits of the break streams?

Breaks are not just a way for us to promote our work; they’re also an opportunity to share the excitement of opening packs together and celebrating the hits as a community. There are three main benefits for you: if a pack isn’t a hit, you might receive a small gift from us, and you can also combine multiple orders to save on shipping and you will also be saving on shipping! More details on that in the next section.

What about the shipping process?

If you choose to not participate on the break stream with your order, you can proceed normally to the checkout. For those of you that do wanna participate, please use the code: “break” in every checkout related to the products you intend to be open during the break stream. Any order that has the code will be stored with us until you decide to use the shipping option, please use the code “break” as well so you don´t pay double the fee of shipping. Any doubts you can dm us on instagram or send us an email and we´ll clarify it to you!

What is the deadline to claim my orders?

You have up to 6 months to claim your order. After that period, any unclaimed orders will be considered a donation to the store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MBWay (Portugal only), PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard

How can I contact support?

You can easily get support by sending us an email with your order number or by describing the issue. Alternatively, you can message us on Instagram.

Can I costumize my order?

Yes, there is an ‘Add a note to your order’ section when finalizing your purchase. Some customizations you can request include: ‘I don’t want my package to be part of a break’ or ‘You can keep the common cards, I only want the rares and hits.’ If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will contact you via email, and if possible, you can receive a full refund. Please check our refund policies for more details.

How can I request a refund?

You can request a refund if your order is within 15 days and meets our requirements. To request a refund, please email us with your order number, receipt, and an explanation of the issue. For more details, view our refund policy.

Can I get a refund after purchasing discounted products?

Discounted products are excluded, so we are unable to offer a refund for these items.

 
Can I get a refund if my product has already been opened during a break stream?

Unfortunately, no. You must pay attention to the break schedule to avoid this issue. Once an order has been opened and stored, it cannot be refunded, nor can it be refunded if the product is already in your possession after the break. To request a refund, it must be made before the pack is opened during the break.

To avoid any issues, we will not be validating any refund requests once the stream has started.
